For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the pages the consumer accesses.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. We also gather user-specific and aggregated information on page impressions on this website, and information volunteered by the user, such as survey information and site registrations.

The information is used for internal review and is then discarded. We use the analysis to improve the content of our Web page. We do not share the information with any other organization for commercial purposes.

On this website visitors can submit information on forms to request further details about the technology innovation centre (tic). The information supplied on these forms will be entered onto a database and used by the tic for the purpose of supplying a prospectus or other information related to your enquiry. The information will not be made available to any parties outside the tic. Any queries regarding this privacy policy should be addressed to the e-mail address above.

If you supply us with your postal address or telephone number on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address or phone number.

Upon request we can provide site visitors with access to any information that we maintain about them.

Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. You can have this information corrected by sending us an e-mail to the above address.

Opting Out
If you do not want to receive promotional information from The Media vault, you can opt out by un-checking the appropriate box on your online registration form, or in the event an online registration form is not available, by notifying our project administrator, Paul Trigg.
